We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Executive (Junior Management)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify targets and prospects, to forecast and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets;
• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
• Prepare pre-sales materials to create and drive product demand;
• Communicate with TOG upper management on sales strategies and market demand;
• Tap your network and industry contacts to develop and grow TOGs partnerships;
• Identify and close quick, small wins while having the ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles;
• Proactively generate leads
• Ability to provide solutions and ideas to educate clients on the value of our products
• Actively achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team KPIs
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA (Second Class Upper) in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field;
• 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Master’s Degree.
