Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Resumption: Immediately

Job Summary

• We are currently recuriting entry level, mid-level agents to join our telemarketing department with the sole purpose of driving sales.

Job Role

• Introducing product to potential customers through cold calls.
• Assisting customers with relevant information on product and registration.
• Following up and ensuring positive conversion of customers.
• Reporting all customer generated feedback and responses.
• Driving departmental sales.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• Valuable experience as a quality control personnel.
• Good telemarketing skills and adequate knowledge of cold calls script.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
• Team Player.
• Experience in Telemarketing with a Fintech company is an added advantage.
