Job Title: Quality Control Personnel

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are currently sourcing for an experienced quality control personnel, whose main prerogative is to actively monitor our telemarketing department with the sole aim of improving, modifying and enhancing our product introduction and conversion techniques to potential customers.

Job Role

• Monitor and listen to all outbound cold calls placed to customers.
• Identify agents customer interaction mistakes and initiate corrective measures.
• Filter out recurring customer responses to different cold calls techniques.
• Report daily on all out bound calls, conversions and customer pattern.
• Actively involved in the enhancement of telemarketing department.
• Strategize and innovate new methods of telemarketing to achieve desired results.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Valuable experience as a quality control personnel.
• Good telemarketing skills and adequate knowledge of cold calls script.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Team Player
• Experience in Telemarketing with a Fintech company is an added advantage.
