Qualifications
- Must have gone through a Culinary School.
- Must have at least 5 years post training experience in both cuisine and pastry.
- Lead other chefs, managers and wait staff with various aspects of mean preparation and delivery.
- Ability to improve and maintain standards.
- Responsible to stock and restock kitchen & storeroom.
- Expert in continental dishes is an added advantage.
