Job Title: Channel Accounting Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prompt collation of stock count report wihin 48 hours after count.
• 100% daily reconciliation and closure of open items on ERP vs Distribution Module
• Ensure daily reconciliation of ERC pretup to billing system (SND)
• Ensure compilation of stock variance report for showroom and warehouse within 72 hours
• Daily review of unapplied receipt and follow up with Business team to ensure utilization of receipts
• Ensure 100% reconciliation to showroom deal code accounts
• Ensure compilation of stock serials for warehouse and showroom for25th and 2nd of Every month
• 100% application of receipts to invoices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
