SKLD is an integrated corporate entity providing technology, educational and office supplies, branded product distribution, garment manufacturing, and humanitarian aid procurement services through contracts, wholesale, retail, and online channels.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of company facilities and utilities.
• Overseeing service providers for functions such as cleaning, security, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance requirements
• Manage all office locations maintenance requests
• Plan and supervise new office location set-up
• Allocate and manage workstations for all office locations
• Handle first-level negotiations with facility maintenance vendors, and ensure timely payment
• Manage all office locations HSE.
• Make requests for facility-related purchases and obtain approval
• Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc in a relevant course
• 2 - 3 years experience as a facility Officer
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Possesses excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Preparation of relevant reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
