Technology for Social Change and Development Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2016. Tech4Dev was established to empower African communities with digital skills that will bridge the gap of unskilled labour needed for the future of work. We have over the years, implemented projects that inspire, advocate, and train people on basic digital skills, programming skills, and essential skills needed for the future of work. The African youth is inaptly engaged in low-quality jobs with low opportunities for sustainable development. As low-skilled jobs are lost to automation, it is critical that young people are equipped with the necessary skills to secure decent work.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programs Lead

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Program Design: Have a deep understanding and know-how of designing impact-driven programs within the development space.
• Budgeting: Exceptional Budget planning, monitoring and analysis within the context of impact and development projects.
• Coordination: Ability to lead multi-specialized and multicultural teams to achieve program goals and objectives within expected timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to cultivate and manage donor/partner stakeholder relationships within the public and private sector effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
• Minimum of 3 years experience in designing/managing development projects
• Multilingual competence is an added advantage
• Multi-country experience is an added advantage
• Experience working with an International Development Organization is an added advantage

Skills / Competences:

• Excellent use of English.
• Ability to engage and network properly.
• Good writing, professional documentation and exceptional email etiquette.
• Scheduling and managing complex timelines.
• Presentation and Reporting.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
