Job Title: Account Services Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Compiling and analysing financial data for the preparation of financial statements, management control and accounting reports in compliance with relevant and applicable accounting standards and regulations, e.t.c, at agreed intervals.
• Ownership of the financial reporting functions by using Accounting software package developed by the Firm and its clients.
• Ownership of all management accounting functions, including preparation of a full set of management accounts and reports, development, and application of the cash flows management using the Company’s and client’s accounting packages, Microsoft excel, and any other suitable software;
• Organizing and leading ownership of Management Performance Review (MPR) meeting at regular intervals and at the end of the year.
• Performing appropriate review of clients current chart of accounts for efficiency and recommendation of adjustments where necessary
• Reviewing transactions uploaded on accounting software before the posting;
• Reviewing all invoices issued and received to ensure that all are appropriately captured and posted.

Requirements

• Education: A Degree in Economics, Accounting, or any other related field.
• Certification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA)
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experienceAge Limit: Not older than 35 years

Skills:

• Candidates should be efficient with Microsoft office suite and relevant Accounting Software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 / month.
