Job Title: Business Manager, Bakery
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Pro actively contribute to the formulation direction and implementation of the overall Bakery strategy
- Responsible for management of the entire production processes well as maximize sales and increase the market share by establishing sales and develop the plans to achieve them
- Generation of names for new and existing products and services
- Ensuring brand consistency by enriching the customer services experience and creating and enhancing a sound relationship
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of B.Sc in Food Technology, Catering, Business Administration
- Not less than 5 years experience in the management of a bakery or any relevant industry
- Must be above 30 years of age
