Job Title: Head, Outdoor Catering
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively contribute to the formulation, direction and implementation of the overall Company (Outdoor Catering) strategy.
- Responsibility for setting up management systems to ensure consistent efficient comprehensive controls reporting and analysis for existing and future growth.
- Responsible for the entire operation process management as well as maximize sales and Increase market share by establishing Sales goals and develop the plans to achieve them; ensure employees have the knowledge and information needed to achieve market share growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc (or with additional qualification) in Food Science Technology, Business Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- Applicants must not be below 35 years of age.
