TeamAce TeamAce Limited - Our client, a top Real Estate company in Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through marketing activities and convert those leads to sales opportunities.
• The incumbent will be primarily responsible for driving all revenue generation initiatives.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• He or she must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in the relevant field.
• 3 years minimum experience as a Sales professional in the real estate industry/financial institutions,(Banks, insurance company e.t.c).
• A Second class lower (2.2) minimum grade.
• Be proactive, able to identify opportunities, and take the initiative to harness them
• Excellent communication skills(verbally and written).

Remuneration

• N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
