Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Osapa-London, Lekki-Epe Expressway - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee all business operations and people, develop, and execute the company’s business strategies.
• Coordinates the daily operational and administrative tasks and acts as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to company operations.
• Liaise with customers and generally responsible for all customer-facing operations, including following up on sales and marketing calls, liaising with customers, etc.
• Manage and report on the effective implementation of the marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.
• Analyse and organise office operations and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity and ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Manage the finance operations of the company and the MD.
• Manage the office operations and ensure all official documents are properly filled.
• Provides executive support to the MD and attend meetings with MD or represent the MD in their absence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
• At least 4 years of experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
• Ability to communicate effectively (Writing and Orally)
• Ability to negotiate with clients
• Very proficient in documentation
• Basic experience managing accounting books is an advantage.
