Job Description

• Marketing executives in healthcare have the primary responsibility of the planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies. Top executives oversee the internal marketing staff to ensure advertising initiatives are meeting targeted goals.
• Healthcare marketing executives will plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness.
• With help from market research, executives identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach them.
• Marketing executives foster relationships with physicians to improve their organization's referrals and contracts. Some marketing executives in healthcare will develop pricing tactics that maximize profitably while ensuring patients are still reimbursed and satisfied.
• Plan various activities as per the phase-wise Marketing Strategic plans.
• To execute the various activities planned as per the phase-wise Marketing plans, for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Life - Style Management Program Etc.
• To carry out research activity related to the marketing plan evolved.
• To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for a hospital.
• To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.

Salary
N75,000 - N90,000 / Month.
