Job Description

• A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching,developing and facilitating marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
• The right candidate's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
• The sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
• To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, commercial, business and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that sales meets quotas and goals.
• Research and develop e-marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implement new sales plans and advertising.
• Coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs, and anticipate new marketing opportunities.
• Stay current in the industry and maintain business and professional networks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 4 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
