Job Description

• The Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel including day-to-day staff management andguests.
• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for the overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience as well as managing profitability and instituting guest satisfaction measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in relevant discipline
• More than 5 years post NYSC work experience in Hospitality management or related jobs
• Good relationship and business management skill
• Good financial management skill
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
