Job Description

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and conducting distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security, health, and safety operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of staff members at the warehouse.
• Providing motivation for staff while driving compliance to established processes.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse operations.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assisting with deliveries where required.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years warehouse management experience in a food/beverage manufacturing firm.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and the use of the Tally application.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills.
