SPNS Consulting is wholly owned by its management team and members of staff. In September 2004, the management team decided to place special focus on three inter related business lines directing its core focus on Business Process Design & Management, Corporate Strategy Development, Training and Human Capital Development.

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Achieve set targets for facility management by calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
- Achieve set targets for facility management by planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
- Achieve set targets for facility management by preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.
- Achieve set targets for facility management by investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises.
- Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Engineering or related field
- Must be between 30-45 years of age
- A certificate in project management or relevant course is an added advantage.
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in any relevant industry
