Job Description

• A Recovery Officer's primary duty is to maintain communication with customers, usually by telephone and whatsapp, to recover overdue payments, resolve delinquent accounts and update repayment on the computer.

Requirements / Qualifications

• ND, HND, B.Sc
• 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Good Communication and Persuasive skill
• Computer Literate
• Strong Follow up skill

Remuneration

• N50,000 Monthly plus other performance bonuses
• HMO
• Pension
