Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations, Business Management or Human Resources is required
• Candidates with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial / Labour relations would be given preference
• 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required.
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of software.

Attributes:

• 8-10 years’ experience in handling factory HR issues, especially contractual staff;
• Experience of handling large workforce – 800+ workers
• Ability to communicate and successfully handle third parties (manpower contractors, labor department, Ogun state & Federal etc);
• Knowledge of returns to be filed (PAYEE, NSITF etc);
• Able to work in Microsoft Office at ease and make calculations;
• Residents within Mowe, Shagamu, will be given preference
• Yoruba speaking.

Salary
N175,000 monthly.
