A leading Educational NGO Foundation based in Abeokuta, Ogun State requires the services of a Development Operations Manager to head the Development Department of the institution which main tasks will be fund-raising and taking actions that will lead to rapid increase in students enrolment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- To put in place a “Planning Ahead Regular Giving Programme” to raise funds for the foundation’s Not-for-profit educational projects.
- Increase the current stream of donations and gifts by researching fund opportunities, identifying and applying to donors.
- Maintain and develop a database of potential and current donors.
- Maintain existing and future donor relationships.
- To prepare fund raising documents and communication materials.
- To organise fund raising events and assist With related routine tasks.
- Propose innovative marketing ideas for rapid increase of enrolment of students.
- Suggest creative and practical activities thatwill give strong branding to the institution.
- Undertake any other duties as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's highly desirable) in Marketing, Business Studies, Education or Related Field.
- Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience in marketing and/or fundraising.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven records of achieving and meeting related targets.
- High level of ability in developing good personal relations with a wide variety of different people and in communicating his/her own enthusiasm and commitment to the objectives of the development programme.
