A reputable construction company is recruiting, for the supervision of a 5000sqm shopping mall in Lekki, Lagos, the below position:
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
Typical duties to be performed include:
- Maintain project secretariat,
- Prepare and maintain adherence to an overall program of works.
- Track performance of all dependencies to the overall program.
- Ensure on time availability of all required information from consultants and from contractors and all specialists.
- Ensure adherence to quality and specifications by contractors alongside the consultants.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Document all site instructions and variations and additional works.
- Prepare procurement schedules in conjunction with the consultants.
- Track and follow up delivery of all procurements.
Requirements
- Suitable candidates must have similar proven experience.
- Experience in Construction Project Management
- Background in Construction Engineering preferable
