Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Job ad posting/shortlisting of CVs
- Recruitment and selection
- Training and development of staff
- Salary preparation/payroll
- Sanctions and deduction e.g Tax, Lateness etc
- Staff Appraisals and Kpi
- Performance management
- Staff welfare and promotion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM).
- Professional certification is an added advantage e.g CIPM
Work Duration:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm.
- Saturday, half day: 9am to 1pm
Salary
N75,000 - N80,000 monthly.
