Overview

• We are looking for an ambitious and professional hostess to welcome her customers.
• In this position, the hostess will uplift the dining experience for customers.
• We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibiliites

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertains their dining needs.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Diploma, HND in any field of study.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or hostess obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good physical abilities
• Personality and Persevering abilities
• Active listening, effective communication skills with great team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly (Gross).
