Enroyale Consulting - Our client, a microfinance institution looking to go into the FINTECH industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements
The candidate should possess the following:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of building scalable & high audience engagement/retention-based consumer-facing products in emerging markets;
• Prior experience building mobile-first Neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance);
• Prior experience working on AI projects and should possess AI skills including
• Knowledge in Programming languages (python, R, java)
• Linear algebra and statistics
• Signal processing techniques
• Neural network architectures
• Prior experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment, alongside all levels of stakeholders;
• Prior experience in building & scaling own consumer start-up which had a successful exit;
• Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills;
• Creative problem solver mindset with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel;
• Solid track record of achievement (academic, professional, and/or sport);
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to get hands dirty at all times;
• Hungry to stay up to date with regards to latest developments in the Nigerian FinTech and regulatory landscape;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
