Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualifications in CIPM, SHRM or related field.
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience with at least a year in a managerial role.
• Experience in strategic management, change management, organization design, performance management and employment legislation and regulations.
