Job Purpose
- To manage and coordinate the sales activities within the region.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team according to the company's sales target, make marketing plan and ensure to achieve the company's sales target.
- Sales management and daily follow-up, understand the working status of sales personnel, timely conduct performance guidance, and ensure that each sales person achieves the set sales target.
- Responsible for new customers and business development in the region, maintain and continuously follow up new and old customers.
- Responsible for sales, marketing and promotion of products online and offline.
