Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities.

Job Description

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual, quarterly, andmonthly sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
  • Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of the company’s database
  • Conduct sales campaigns within designated territory to promote the company’sservices.
  • Actively participate in key trade & business associations to generate business leadsand increase products’ visibility
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products or services, or othersubjects of sale
  • Meet the sales target set within the given deadline
  • Oversee and drive execution of strategic business development and relationship management.
  • Develop and drive the strategy for the creation of a low-risk portfolio
  • Provide/present a formal report of activities and achievements of the departmentmonthly to Head, Business Development Management.
  • Participate in internal meetings or committees to provide advice on sales data
  • Support the preparation for and response to audits and ensure that any audit findingsare appropriately responded to and remediation.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial bank experience in business development.
