We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Principal Accountabilities

• To take and process customers orders, applications and request.
• Maintaining accurate database for old and new customers, phone calls and messages to daily birthday celebrants, prompt follow up on customer’s interaction.
• Initiate and solicit for sales of new or additional service or product. As well as maintaining a clean environment
• Ensure proper marketing and brand awareness. Promoting the organization locally by liaising with individuals, local, schools, religious organizations, newspapers and the community in general. 20%
• Prompt response to customer orders, inquiries, complaints and comments and to ensure customer satisfactions and delight
• Taking part in organizing special promotions, events and display
• Accurate record of daily stocks and sales.
• Carry out any other assignment that is assigned by the company.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
