Diva Cakes is a growing business cooncern with interest in Confectionery and related Food & Beverage products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bakery Officer

Locations: Ikeja and Bariga, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overall Purpose

• To Plan, organize, implement, coordinate and supervise all Bakery activities with the aim of ensuring timely production of all finished products required by all outlets and customers in the right Quantity, Quality and at the lowest possible Cost.

Principal Accountabilities

• Co-rdinate effective planning and supervision of all bakery activities to ensure that all needed products are made available to the outlets before the expected time
• Ensure avaireability and proper maintenance of all bakery facilities/equipment to guarantee minimal downtime, production loss hours and optimal manpower/equipment utilization.
• Provide adequate training and supervision of all production staff to ensure minimal product defects in the bakery, best-in-class quality output in both taste and finishing thus ensuring minimal customer complaints zero customer product returns and zero regulatory quality infractions
• Ensure close supervision of all bakery activities to achieve minimal material wastages/theft, optimal staff productivity/output and batch yield in the bakery.
• Issue weekly, monthly reports as may be required by management on activities
• Carry out any other assignment that is assigned by the Company and also the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.

Remuneration
N90,000 - N110,000 Monthly.
