Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:
As the first point of contact for the organization, the ideal candidate will personable, professional, reliable, well-spoken and have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls determining purpose callers and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Receiving visitors/guest and attending to them professionally
- Collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Assisting with Admin and HR tasks as may be required
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are basic pre-requisites
- A minimum of an Ordinary Nation Diploma is required
- Not older than 27 years by December 2014
- A minimum of two years of related experience, preferably and office environment
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent talent t interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
