Job Description
- Save the Children Nigeria defines partnerships as a long-term relationship between two or more civil society organizations with a mutually agreed set of principles and accountabilities for working towards defined objectives that facilitate lasting change for children.
- Save the Children aims to work in partnership and strengthen local capacity in situations of long term development as well as in contexts of emergencies and transition.

Objective
- Identify and assess new and current funding partners’ strategic priorities to ensure mission alignment with Save the Children Nigeria.
- Assess the overall capacity of new and current Implementing partners on their ability to manage current and future projects in conflict sensitive environments.
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree; previous experience in development of analytical reports and policy documents related to partnerships
- Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of information combining quantitative and qualitative data;
- Understanding and knowledge of the Nigeria context;
- Excellent written English; Knowledge of rights-based approach to programmes.
The timeframe for this consultancy is expected to be a total of 25 workdays.
