Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description:
The project architect will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of a project. This individual will participate in the execution of the design processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully.
- Function as a designer on designated projects.
- Responsible for the progression of schemes from inception to completion.
- Working alongside the project manager to develop designs and manage various projects.
- Responsible for project supervision and project management when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Education level – B.Arch degree.
- Candidate must possess between 3-5 years of related business experience
- People and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Ability to work under very tight deadlines.
- Time management abilities.
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-confidence.
- Working under pressure.
