Job Title: Chief Sales Officer

Job Summary
- The Chief Sales Officer will manage all aspects of the sales and Business Development process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, customer evaluation, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within an assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan by collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base,
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships then partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations then negotiate and close deals on behalf of the company.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends and gather feedback to be shared with your team.
- Frequently create reports and reviews of sales and financial data.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales and Business Development Experience in the Entertainment or media sector
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales officer, sales associate, or sales and marketing associate.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services in a full-service media, advertising, and entertainment outfit.
- Proven ability to position products and services against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions/
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
