Job Title: Human Resource / Administrative Manager

Job Description
- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process.
- Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
- Assessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Developing and implementing performance management.
- Ensuring that all policies comply with legal regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree
- Must be smart & tech savvy
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel & Word.
