Job Title: Fleet Compliance Executive

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Fleet Compliance Executive to ensure that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules.
• You will also review employees’ work and provide advice on compliance.
• The main goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling daily and weekly routes
• Tracking orders using functional systems (e.g. and tracking software)
• Keep organized records of vehicles.
• Maintain update of fleet management worksheets to ensure data availability for measurement and report purposes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with established operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor periodic physical verification exercise of all vehicles and documents.
• Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles.
• Stay up-to-date with safety regulations

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of all statutory requirements relating to vehicle operations.
• Must be computer savvy
• Experience in the effective monitoring, reviewing and enforcement of procedure and policy.
• Must possess driving skills / a valid driver’s license.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management
• Excellent organizational / analytical skills.
