Job Summary

• Provide strategic leadership in the delivery of the organisation’s long-term aspirations
• Represent the organisation on the Board of a number of organisations and social partners
• Provide advisory services and advocate on labour, employer-employee and macroeconomic issues impacting employers of labour
• Champion business and employer rights while acting as a voice for individual companies and sectoral groupings
• Provide strong initiatives to grow the revenue of the Association

Requirements
The Ideal candidate must:

• Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences or Law. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. may be an advantage
• Have a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience
• Have cognate experience running a subscription-based Business Membership Organisation, preferably at a Directorate level
• Be experienced in engaging media, key government stakeholders and social partners
• Must preferably not be more than fifty-five (55) years of age.
