A foremost Private Members Family Club located in a quiet and serene area of Lagos Island, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We requires the services of a Legal Executive to complement the services of management in ensuring proper records and proceedings of the organization are efficiently and effectively maintained

Requirements
The preferred Candidate must possess the following qualifications.

• A Degree in Law.
• A Master's Degree in Law / Administrative Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in legal / administrative practice, 2 years of which must be at a senior level.
• Strategic planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to apply jurisprudence in real situations Must be well versed in the Nigerian legal and regulatory framework Ability to deal with complex challenges.
• Demonstrated drafting skills for corporate compliance and legal documentation.
• Advanced skills in research or investigations of facts and cases.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact at senior level with confidence and authority. Relative experience in litigation matters
• Information Technology proficiency

Preferred Professional Qualifications:

• Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations: Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (CSAN).
