Responsibilities
- Achieving business and market growth targets for the organization
- Meeting specific targets of bringing in new clients monthly.
- Negotiating contracts with potential clients to secure new businesses
- Achieving significant market penetration in accordance with the set targets
- Thorough customer engagement/ feedback, generation of ideas for new products/niche markets enhancement.
- Generating reports to update management on the activities of the unit and proffer advice for business generation and overall marketing and people resourcing strategy.
- Other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Compulsory)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suit
- Excellent presentation skills
- Progressive track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Competencies:
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
- Relationship Management.
- Financial Planning skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
