We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Load and offloading of goods from delivery vans.
• Identify any damaged or missing goods and report pertinent information to supervisor.
• Ensure that delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order.
• Move received goods to appropriate storage areas using mechanical equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Make sure that all goods are labelled properly using appropriate lot and item numbers.
• Sort out ordered goods and ensure that they are in good condition.
• Isolate and report any broken or damaged goods at the time of sorting.
• Move selected goods based on order from storage areas to delivery pallets using forklifts
• Prepare a series of documents such as dispatch notes and labels.
• Ensure compliance to the company’s safety and security procedures.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly stock count as assigned by Supervisor.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor or management.
