Job Title: Front Desk Personnel (Male)

Job Description
- As a Front desk personnel, you are the face of the hotel.
- Your core responsibility will be to welcome guests, check-in and check out guests and provide administrative support at the front desk.
- An ideal candidate must be trustworthy and able to work well with little to no supervision.
- The satisfaction and comfort of each guest should be your top priority.
Responsibilities
- Understand & amplify the total customer experience
- Welcome and greet guests on arrival
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Make and confirm reservations for guests
- Process and confirm guests’ payments
- Maintain updated records of guest room bookings
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Liaise with the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Provide information on direction, logistics and tourism spots to guests
- Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience.
- Must be MALE
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Must love people and be patient
- Neat and professional appearance
- Self-starter, able to work independently, and enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives
- Skilled with the use of Microsoft office tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
