Azbir Hotels, one of the leading hospitality brands and a 5 star Hotel Facility is currently expanding her operations in Birnin Kebbi. In line with this, we are currently employing qualified hospitality staff to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi
Reports To: Head - General Maintenance

Job Summary

• Execution of all emergency and planned plumbing activities in the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Install pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Clear obstructions from sink drains and toilets.
• Take lead on basic office maintenance processes and operations.
• Check plumbing systems of the building to ensure functionality and carry out necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems and decide on how to fix them.
• Ability to keep basic records of maintenance works around the office.
• Conduct inspection on office facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan, manage and oversee all repair and installation activities around the office.
• Provide support on construction sites where necessary.
• Monitor equipment inventory and make requisition when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience as a plumber with a reputable hotel brand
• Functional skills and competency requirement
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical systems etc.
• Must have worked in a construction firm.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
