Azbir Hotels, one of the leading hospitality brands and a 5 star Hotel Facility is currently expanding her operations in Birnin Kebbi. In line with this, we are currently employing qualified hospitality staff to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Public Relations (PR) / Front Reception Office

Location: Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi
Reports To: Duty Manager
Supervises: Receptionist

Job Summary

  • Provides guests with information about what services the hotel offers and how they can access various amenities, coordinate room reservations and confirm the details of a customer's visit prior to their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
  • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors.
  • Identify and implement new process plans to improve customer support service.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate must possess OND or HND in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience.

Functional Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have worked as an office secretary or receptionist in a reputable organization.
  • Must have excellent customer service experience.
  • Must have excellent communication skill.
  • High confidence level and personable
