Azbir Hotels, one of the leading hospitality brands and a 5 star Hotel Facility is currently expanding her operations in Birnin Kebbi. In line with this, we are currently employing qualified hospitality staff to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Birni Kebbi, Kebbi
Reports To: Head PR Front Reception Office
Supervises: Potters

Job Summary

• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, etc. also maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Respond to all guest questions and requests.
• Answer and forward phone calls.
• Manage guest bookings and reservations.
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• OND, HND or B.Sc in any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience as a receptionist with a reputable hotel brand.

Functional Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Must have worked as an office secretary or receptionist in a reputable organization.
• Must have excellent customer service experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
