Job Description
- Perform receptionist job when needed.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortage.
- Responsible for organisation of office equipment.
- Distribute and sort memos to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Requirements
- OND / HND in Administration or relevant discipline.
- 4 years work experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
