Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi-numerate discipline such as Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Fnance, Insurance, Law, Business Studies and/or any other acceptable professional qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions.
• Must have good understanding of benefit administration in the Pension Industry.
• Good leadership qualities and people management skills
