• Developing evaluation program
• Keeping track of the key industry trends
• Monitoring customer interactions
• Utilization of technology
• Training and coaching
• Compliance monitoring
• Improving overall contact center efficiency

Job Requirement

• 2 - 3 years’ experience required.
• Degree in any field
• Communication skills
• Fluent in English and other local language

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
