Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects by creating and implementing effective sales strategies and converting leads.
  • Ultimately, the role holder will manage the entire marketing activities both online and offline. The candidate must have good communication skills, leadership, negotiation and must be social media active user.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Conducting research on potential clients and analyze sales options for the company
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitch/ presentation on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Responsible for lead generation for the company
  • Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects
  • Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency
  • Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives
  • Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
  • Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • 3 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development Industry
  • Flexibility to work effectively on the Island.
