Job Description

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager the company.
• You will be the front of the company and will havethe dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales with clients and managing staffs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations at a business that provides motor vehicle washing and polishing conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services
• Conduct safety training, hold staff meetings, and ensure the necessary service of any equipment at the facility
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trust worthy feed back and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• 2 - 3 of proven work experience in a car wash or Auto center.
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Market knowledge
• Good Communication and negotiationskills
• Time management and team management skills.
