Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for managing a team of call centre agents.
- To improve the performance of each individual employee to help meet the organisation’s goals and complete a range of administration and management tasks.
- And take escalations.
- Run reports.
- Will perform as a a counsellor.
- Manage sick leave and so on.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND certificate
- A minimum of 1 year experience.
- Be a product and systems expert.
Remuneration
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
