Job Description

• We are currently recruiting a suitably qualified Accounts Officer responsible for preparing customer’s invoices, tracing of direct lodgement into the bank accounts and reconciliation with invoices and receipts raised.
• Raising of cheques for payment and daily banking operations. Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, amortizations, errors and variances.

Duties

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing hospital accounts payable/receivable
• Daily reconciliation of cash payment with E-payment
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Timely processing of accounting ledger and sub ledgers by verifying and posting all account transactions to the accounting software on a daily basis.
• Ensure the proper documentation of the company financial records to aid the preparation of the hospital financial statements against agreed timelines.
• Efficiently maintain and manage the hospitals petty cash.

Requirements

• HND in Accounting or other related field
• Must have 1 - 3 years working experience.
• Must be AAT Certified
• For gender balance, male candidate will be preferable and must be between 25-28 years
• Must reside within Ketu, Oshodi, Ilupeju or Maryland axis.

Salary
N70,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
